White Guava Ade
A sparkling white guava ade — the delicate, pale-fleshed Kim Ju variety behind the guava-ade programs spreading through Korean cafés.
Made with: White Guava Puree
Ingredients
| White guava puree (HNK, thawed) | 40–50 g |
| Simple syrup | 10–15 g, to taste |
| Sparkling water | 250 ml |
| Ice | fill glass |
| Lime wedge (optional) | 1 |
Method
- Add puree and syrup to a tall glass and stir to loosen.
- Fill with ice, then top slowly with sparkling water.
- Give one gentle stir and finish with a lime wedge.
Kitchen note
Puree-to-soda ratio is the flavor dial — start around 1:5 and adjust. These are starting ratios, not a fixed recipe.
Amounts are café starting ratios, not HNK specifications — the puree is unsweetened, so tune sugar and dilution to your menu.
