1. Information We Collect
Analytics data (collected automatically): when you visit the site, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity collect standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location (country or region), device and browser type, referring source, and on-page interactions. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address and user agent for security and reliability.
Information you provide voluntarily: our site has no contact form. If you email or call us, or use a messaging-app link, you share only the information you choose to send (such as your name, company, contact details, and enquiry). We receive only what you send.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve the website, to understand aggregate usage, and to respond to enquiries you send us. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
3. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies only for analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity). We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s official browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your access to the site.
4. Third-Party Services
The analytics and hosting providers we rely on act as data processors: Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not share your information with any party for marketing purposes, and we do not sell it.
5. International Transfers
Because our analytics and hosting providers operate globally, technical and analytics data may be processed on servers outside Thailand. These providers maintain their own safeguards for international data transfers.
6. Data Retention
Aggregate analytics data is retained according to the analytics providers’ default periods. Correspondence you send us (such as emails) is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet business and legal requirements.
7. Your Rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
