Cold chain, documented
Frozen shipments travel at −18°C. Temperature data loggers can be placed in reefer shipments on request, and third-party inspection (SGS or equivalent) can be arranged before loading.
One rule we never break
Fruit jelly ships at ambient temperature; purees and frozen fruit ship at −18°C. The two cannot share a container — mixed loading applies within the frozen range only.

How fast do you answer quote requests?
Within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Include your SKUs, target volume, market and preferred Incoterms for a same-cycle response.
Can jelly and frozen fruit ship in one container?
No. Jelly ships at ambient temperature and frozen products at −18°C, so they cannot share a container. Within the frozen range, mixed loading is available.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB Bangkok / Laem Chabang by default. Other terms can be discussed per shipment.
